Our Dusty Blue & Opal Bridal Headpiece sparkles under the cherry blossoms in this springtime photo session!
Here in Baltimore, Spring seems to be taking its sweet time arriving.
But despite the fact that we’re still having temperatures in the 40s, the cherry blossoms opened right on schedule. Thank goodness! So even though it doesn’t feel like spring, the plant life outside looks perfect for a spring wedding.
With the cherry blossoms as inspiration, I teamed up with a few fellow Baltimore area wedding vendors from TuesdaysTogether Catonsville to style this beautiful spring wedding photo session!
Our model for this cherry blossom bridal session was C’yana Tavae, a new friend who I met just a few weeks ago during the J’Adorn pop-up shop at Simple & Feminine in Ellicott City. She’s a Maryland native who won Miss Washington County 2018 and will be competing for the Miss Maryland title.
I’ll be sharing a bit more about the inspiration behind this bridal photo session and our team’s vision in a later post, but for now enjoy this selection of my favorite photos from Katherine Elizabeth Photography!

Summer vibes + cool jewels take center stage
It may be the middle of winter, but today we’re all about the warm look of this styled boho bachelorette party! It was recently featured on The Mid-Atlantic Bride so we’re celebrating with a gallery of our favorite images from the photo session.
What could be better than a glamping getaway with your best girls for a little R&R? Especially during the madness of wedding planning!
This bridal party celebrated their friend’s upcoming wedding with a cozy getaway by the beach. Completed with a champagne toast, photobooth bus (who knew that was a thing!?), and the perfect boho lounge tent, this scene makes me wish I could redo my own wedding just for a new bachelorette party!
The bride dressed in white for her bachelorette party and accented her floral crown and layered necklaces with a pair of purple druzy drop earrings from the J’Adorn Designs collection.
They added the perfect bit of sparkle peeking out from under her loose fishtail braid crown!
The bridesmaids wore J’Adorn earrings too, possibly a gift from their BFF bride!
Each pair is different, as a reflection of their own individual styles.
They made the perfect accent to the greenery in her flower crown & the floral print on her summery dress.
The friends commemorated their trip with a photo session in the Blue Photo Bus. This bachelorette party was totally epic!
Melanie paired her custom druzy & blue gemstone earrings with a neutral romper and some favorite pieces of jewelry from her own collection.
These best friends are walking into the future hand-in-hand, to celebrate life’s biggest moments and all the little ones in between. Together.

Delicate, romantic bridal fashion inspiration featuring our couture accessories
The set of delicate vine-inspired bridal accessories featured in this romantic bridal fashion photo session is full of peach, pink, ivory, and blush pearl accents intricately woven together.
It was recently featured by Virginia Bride Magazine! So to celebrate, I’m sharing this gallery of my favorite images from the airy, intimately styled bridal portraits. Enjoy!
Romantic bridal jewelry inspired by natural florals
I love the interplay of tiny white buds from the bridal bouquet with the freshwater pearls in the vine-like jewelry set!
Creating contrast & structure
A pair of simple, geometric crystal earrings make the perfect accent for Libby’s loosely curled hair and intricately beaded bridal gown.
Champagne & Cake
These are perhaps my two favorite parts of a wedding – besides the romantic bridal jewelry, of course!
What’s your favorite part of Libby’s ethereal, romantic bridal look? Tell me in the comments!

Bid on a pair of my handcrafted earrings and other works of art to support a great cause this weekend!
I’m so excited to share about my contribution to the Art and Handmade Auction for Myasthenia Gravis. The benefit auction is live now and it runs through the weekend!
I’m part of a group of artists and makers from across the country who have contributed original works to an annual benefit auction to raise funds and awareness for the Myasthenia Gravis Foundation of America. The auction’s organizer, Kait Masters, is one of the amazing friends I’ve made through my role as a Tuesdays Together leader in The Rising Tide Society. She is a fellow artist who lives with MG, a chronic neuromuscular disease that requires constant treatment and management. You may recognize the disease as the one that Lucious Lyon has on Empire. I’m proud to have an opportunity to use my handcrafted jewelry to help people like Kait work toward a more full and healthy life.
I contributed a pair of gold & turquoise handcrafted earrings to the MG fundraiser. In addition, there are many other works of original art & craft up for bid at this benefit auction.
To help peak your interest, here’s a look at some of my favorite items you can bid on at this weekend’s auction:
4×4 acrylic on canvas – Art by Megan
Decorative Earthenware Pitcher – Judy Stockwell
Painted Pendant – Larkspur + Laurel
Painted coasters – Elysian Market
