It’s time for the fling before the ring!
You’re excited to celebrate the bride-to-be but freaking out just a little over what to wear. But you don’t have to stress, dear reader! J’Adorn Designs is here with a host of trendy bachelorette party outfit ideas to inspire you.
Featured by Baltimore Bride, this bachelor/ette party collaboration we worked on showcases the best of this year’s fashion trends in a love letter to the city of Baltimore.
Jumpsuits and rompers are where it’s at!
When you hit the town for a bachelorette party, you want to look glammed up while also being comfortable enough to dance freely and walk between destinations.
For this reason, we LOVE rompers and jumpsuits as a bachelorette party outfit idea!
A few advantages that these leggy ensembles have over the traditional cocktail dress:
-
You can move more freely and comfortably. No Barbie-waddling needed when you strut down the street
-
Lower chance of having a wardrobe malfunction. Getting out of a car or limo in a cocktail dress and pumps is no easy feat – especially when you’ve had a few drinks. Cover your butt (literally!) with a stylish jumpsuit or romper instead!
-
You will look chic AF. When you step out in your fresh one-piece ensemble, heads are going to turn! You’ll stand out in the sea of strapless cocktail dresses as you strut onto the dance floor with your group of friends.
The Bride Comes First
It’s all about her tonight, so let’s look at some bachelorette party outfit ideas for the bride first.
This sequined romper from Punch! is a perfect option for the bachelorette to wear for her big party.
We chose a bracelet , necklace, and pair of earrings from our ready-to-wear collection that coordinate perfectly with the romper’s metallic color palette.
Lastly, we added our Vintage Beaded Bridal Headpiece as the finishing touch to the bride’s ensemble.
What a novel idea! We love incorporating a headpiece before the actual wedding, whether at the bachelorette party, rehearsal dinner, or bridal shower.
A stunning headpiece makes the outfit extra special. It can also serve as a classier alternative to the traditional “Bachelorette” sash!
Now that the bride has been dressed, let’s move on to her entourage!
With the bride dressed in glamorous neutrals, we dressed her companions dress more colorfully for contrast. Even in a beige jumpsuit, you can add that pop of color through your accessories!
We chose a burst of yellow for this ensemble using our Yellow Gemstone Branch Earrings and coordinating Tasseled Yellow Gemstone Necklace.
Dark colors can also create visual contrast, as seen in the way we styled Erica’s pink romper with our Druzy Drop Earrings in Sapphire Blue and accompanying druzy pendant necklace.
Daytime Bachelorette Party Outfits
Some bridal parties decide to go for a daytime outing along with or instead of a nighttime celebration.
The friends in this feature decided to do a brewery tour and water taxi ride before hitting the town at night. For this kind of activity we love lightweight fabrics, varied necklines, and statement jewelry!
In this look, we switched things up from the nighttime outfits. We opted to put the bride in bright colors while her bridesmaids wore neutrals.
As you can see, tassel earrings and chunky gemstone necklaces are a great way to add excitement to your daytime bachelorette party outfit.
You can do this with color, like the bride’s coral tassel earrings, or in neutrals like our grey tiered tassel earrings!
Last, but certainly not least…
The Bride’s Ring
We absolutely fell in love with this rough, sparkly, pink druzy ring (coming soon to the jewelry shop!) when we saw how it looked with the bride’s colorful manicure!
Whether you are a non-traditional bride who wants an unconventional engagement ring, or you just want to leave the diamonds at home during your night out, a stunning ring like this one is a fantastic option.
So, there you have it: our definitive list of bachelorette party outfit ideas!
We hope this guide has been useful! We love to explore all the ways that handcrafted jewelry can help celebrate life’s most important moments, big and small. Sending all our love to the brides-to-be & wishing you all the best in your journey…
